The Venue
Held at our private, on-premise Dallas venue, this party offers over 2,500 sq. ft. of play space, 2 bedrooms, 3 queen beds, a fireplace, a saltwater swimming pool, and three semi-private cabanas that can be reserved for more… intimate activities. With no neighbors nearby, you can let your inhibitions drip away.

As always, this event is BYOB and BYOC (bring your own condoms). We’ll provide limited mixers and light bites to keep you energized and ready for round two (or three).

Furthermore, we prioritize the comfort, privacy, and security of our guests. We have on site security and strict access control, ensuring that only authorized individuals can access the party area. Our staff is highly trained to maintain a respectful and enjoyable atmosphere, and we carefully vet attendees to ensure a harmonious mix of like-minded individuals.
